Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run is an after school activity that encourages girls from grades 3 to5 to have confidence and to live a healthy lifestyle through running and talking.
How To Get To It!
First, there is the lottery that you can enter in if you want to do it. There is things you need to fill out like health info and your parent or guardian(S) home phone and cell.Overall, nothing much!! 🙂 If you win, you are on the team!! Don’t be discouraged if you don’t win, you can run during the real run as a community runner!!
What To Bring
Some times, you never know what to bring and totally freak out. I get that so, I decided to put that one out here. So, it is a good idea to bring sneakers, athletic clothing and a bag for if you did not wear clothes for running during the school day so you can change. Also, bring a healthy snack like a granola bar or fruit.
